L'appartamento si sviluppa su due piani ed è composto da un moderno soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, una cucina, una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera con due posti letto, due bagni, un piccolo balcone, corridoio e posto auto pubblico e gratuito. Può ospitare fino a 6 persone. La casa vacanze dispone anche di Wi-Fi, aria ventilata, con pale a soffitto, e TV. Si trova in posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Dista 7 km dalle più belle spiagge salentine e soli 2 km dalla statale, che collega la città alle più amate destinazioni turistiche della Puglia.
